Description

1. metadataurl in the metadata-presentation a new line is added Metadaten which refers to the metadataurl, if it is set

2. minscale , maxscale presentation changed f. e. to 1:1000 instead of 1000 if scale is 0 then - is presented in the metadata-presentation
