    38 - Anna moved all trac RFCs were moved into github and we discussed the one about Python language (https://github.com/OSGeo/grass/pull/2816).
    39   - Martin suggested to indicate within the RFC that we will be changing the minimum python version required and the current version supported in the REQUIREMENTS file so contributors will know. This should become a step in the release procedure.
    40   - Once the PR is merged, we set a motion to approve it.
