GRASS 7 Release Planning

• Release scope: complete demolition and reconstruction (new display architecture, new raster library, new ...).
• The SVN trunk corresponds to GRASS 7 (for access, see here)

• G3d (volume) library and modules in GRASS 7 (finished)

• checks for Vect_open_* return value to avoid potential segmentation fault: r60054 <<-- wasn't the idea to avoid these ugly tests in G7?
