v.label and v.labels sa out of order in wx-python gui, windows XP

Description

Selecting create labels from the vector drop down menu in the wx-python gui starts v.label.sa. Similarily, selecting create optimally placed labels starts v.label, both opposite to what was expected.

Typing in v.label and v.label.sa from a command line starts the proper tool.
