Show info about a Location in Datacatalog

Description
Add action to show basic info about a Location to the Datacatalog. The metadata files in PERMANENT are a good start: MYNAME, PROJ_EPSG, PROJ_INFO, PROJ_UNITS. Additional items to consider include: number of mapsets, maps, file sizes. Default computational region (PERMANENT/DEFAULT_WIND) or regions of mapsets (*/WIND) do not seem really useful
This could actually make the Location title (MYNAME) much more useful.
