Description
The option text color and background color for text layer is present (along with many others) in d.text. It would be highly appreciated to have support for those options also in "Add text layer" in map display and wx monitors.

Now, GUI uses d.text so the options should be available. Will be backported to 72 soon.

Maybe un-related, but I get a lot of
(main.py:2770): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_box_gadget_distribute: assertion 'size >= 0' failed in GtkCheckButton
in the terminal both when opening a monitor and using "Add text layer".

Some (apparent or actual) convergence of text in wxGUI and G7:d.text would be nice (it is a requirement if GUI should be able to save map display context as series of
d.*commands one day).
