GRASS 6 dataset is actually GRASS 7

The dataset announced as GRASS 6 full data at https://grass.osgeo.org/sampledata/north_carolina/nc_spm_latest.tar.gz is actually a dataset for GRASS7. A GRASS6 v.build.all in PERMANENT is needed.

You are right. My mistake in the last cleanup action...:

I recovered the G6 files from a backup, now we have:

lrwxrwxrwx 1 neteler users  38 Dec 16 03:19 nc_spm_grass7_latest.tar.gz -> north_carolina/nc_spm_08_grass7.tar.gz
lrwxrwxrwx 1 neteler users  35 Dec 16 03:20 nc_spm_grass7_latest.zip -> north_carolina/nc_spm_08_grass7.zip
lrwxrwxrwx 1 neteler users  27 Dec 16 03:38 nc_spm_latest.tar.gz -> nc_spm_08_2008_may18.tar.gz
lrwxrwxrwx 1 neteler users  24 Dec 16 03:38 nc_spm_latest.zip -> nc_spm_08_2008_may18.zip

Please check if it is again as expected (and close the ticket then).

still gives me

$ ls
nc_spm_08_grass7  nc_spm_latest.tar.gz

Maybe some cache in our local firewall ?

Maybe yes. I tried to download the dataset with your commands and gives me

$ ls
nc_spm_08

I fixed another odd link yesterday, now I believe it is ok.
