t.* modules fail on Windows

Description
I am not able to run t.* python modules on Windows 8 with recent version of GRASS. I get the error:
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
This error appears also when I run only:
t.list --interface-description
When I run a temporal module with parameters, it actually does its job but then I get again this error. I tried calling tgis.init() from Python shell and it's working. I haven't had this issue 5 weeks ago.

It looks like this problem magically disappeared with current version.
