wxGUI rendering fails with cairo driver

When setting cairo display driver in wxGUI (GUI Settings -> Map display -> Display driver) then rendering process simply fails.

GUI D3/5: gcmd.RunCommand(): print read error
Command 'd.vect map=archsites@PERMANENT' failed
Details: No graphics monitor has been selected for output.

Note that in G64 cairo driver is not selectable in GUI Settings dialog.

This is not an issue for 7 branch. Should we close it as wontfix (if it is still an issue at all)?

Closing as wontfix as cairo driver is not available as a choice anymore and the issue is fixed in grass 7.
