wingrass6.x: addons' manual tab not there in wxgui

and the wxgui-g.extension manager

manual html-files of addons (shell scripts and exe) are located in 

C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Roaming\GRASS6\addons\docs\html

but there is no manual-tab in the addon-wxgui

Hopefully fixed in r53530 (G7), backported to devbr6 in r53531.
