Description

Hi,

for correctness this should be updated from GRASS 5 -> GRASS 6 vector format and 3D region files: 

$ ls demolocation/PERMANENT/
DEFAULT_WIND   dig/      dig_plus/  PROJ_INFO   site_lists/  WIND
DEFAULT_WIND3  dig_att/  MYNAME     PROJ_UNITS  VAR          WIND3
