Description
Not able to save a region if the name contains diacritics, also no warning is displayed.
Map display -> Various zoom options -> Save display geometry to named region

Not displaying a warning is a bug; not supporting non-ASCII names isn't.
Names of GRASS entities (location, mapsets, maps, regions, colour tables, ...) are limited to ASCII.
