Ps.map vlines cwidth subcommand - can't choose other column than cat

Description
Is there any reason why width of lines (given by cwidth) should be dependent on the column cat only? Maybe some subcommand 'widthcolumn' (like rotatecolumn, rgbcolumn) could be more usable? The same case is coffset.

No reason I know of beyond that's how Radim felt like doing it at the time. It may have been written early on in GRASS 5.1/5.7, before the database code was ready.
The wish seems reasonable enough, only comment is that I might throw an underscore between the words to make the subcommand a bit more readable.
