wxgui: `Rename mapset' does not work in Polish locale

Description

In pl_PL.utf8 or pl_PL.iso88592 selecting the Zmień nazwę mapsetu' or any other option under the button does not do anything although in en_GB.utf8 or C locale pressing the Rename mapset' brings an apropriate dialog.
