Description
The build distributed under http://download.osgeo.org/geos/geos-3.3.5.tar.bz2
is lacking the install-sh
file, configure
thus fails:
$ ./configure configure: error: cannot find install-sh, install.sh, or shtool in "." "./.." "./../.."

I see that also config.guess, config.sub, depcomp, ltmain.sh, ... a lot more files missing :'(
I swear I followed the HOWTO_RELEASE script, let's try again...

I re-run make dist-bzip2 and this time it seemed to work. No idea what happened.

Ouch, this was unexpected. I wonder why other releases didnt' have this problem. Paul: which version of automake do you use ?
