Prepare GEOS Project Overview

Description

The GEOS Project should have a "project overview" suitable for the OSGeo web site, printing on a one page printout and use in the OSGeo Live project. Something similar to:

Can the Project Overview please be written as per OSGeoLive guidelines so that it can be included in OSGeo-Live.

And can it be developed to fit within the next, osgeo-live release schedule, being completed by the end of June 2012.
