Point the ACL2 sample to a database

Description
When people play with http://geoprisma.org/samples/acl2/index.php?lang=en_US modifications are written in the config/acl.xml file. If something wrong is done (e.g. deleting a resource and still have a user with a permission on it) http://localhost:8080/geoprisma/samples/sample0/select_username.php shows a "Droit insuffisant" message due to the fact that the xml file is corrupt. We should use a database instead of that file to decouple the two samples.
