ANZLIC XML Schema requires TopicCategoryCode, but there is no UI to populate that field.

Version: GeoNetwork 2.7 svn rev 8285 schemaPlugins svn rev 8406.

If you create a new ANZLIC record and "check" it, you will get the following error:

Invalid or missing value. '' is not a valid value for Topic category code (gmd:MD_TopicCategoryCode) in element Topic category (gmd:topicCategory).

There is no UI to populate this field (even in ANZLIC all), so you are forced to create it by manually editing the XML.
