Description
The new version of the ISO19139 Metadata Templates for vector and raster data are available (see files in attachment) with the following changes.
For vector: The elements topology level, geometric object type and geometric object count are included for Spatial Representation Info.
For vector and raster: Within the Data Quality section the element description is included for the data source.

It was decided not to change the default templates. So many people so many templates. Templates can quickly be added for specific implementations.
