Jetty update

Description

I'v been asked to update Jetty version (mainly for some security issues ​http://docs.codehaus.org/display/JETTY/Jetty+Security). Currently we are using:

  • 6.1.4 in installer pack,
  • latest 6x when using cargo plugin,
  • 6.1.18 when running integration tests.

I propose to move to : 7.3.1.v20110307 (for all)

Note:

  • 7.4.1.v20110513 has a bug when running through jetty-maven-plugin (using wrong WebAppContext)
