Map in editor does not work correctly

Description
In 2.6.1 map editor use same layers as main map viewer, but the configuration of map in editor use WGS84 projection instead of using same projection as main map viewer. This makes that layers in other projections doesn't work.
Fix to use same configuration in both maps.
If using a different projection than WGS84 in map editor the regions combo list should be adapted to work ok also.
