Add DB2 for Unix/Windows support

Description
I added a patch for DB2 support on trunk. If the patch is ok I will backport to 2.6.x.
The patch could be applied by changing into the check out directory and executing
patch -p0 < db2.patch
Free DB2 and DB2 jdbc drivers can be downloaded from here http://www-01.ibm.com/software/data/db2/express/download.html
I tested on linux/386 and a p6 running AIX.
Please have a look and tell me your opinions.
