Option to enter UTC time with calendar/clock applet

Description
With GN2.6.0-1 Editor times may only be entered as local times e.g 2010-11-08T13:25:00 .
However data is often recorded in UTC time and it is desired to enter start/end date/time in UTC with a 'Z' suffix e.g 2010-11-08T13:25:00Z .
This enhancement proposes to add an option to enter times in UTC using the GN editor calendar/clock applet.
