Normalisation of namespaces only takes place on first element

When fetching help using org.fao.geonet.services.schema.Info.java, the normalisation routine that dereferences namespace aliases only does the first one.

This leaves the possibility of namespace alias collisions where namespaces are different.

Additionally, new code (see attached patch) allows wildcards in label contexts.
