Calendar / Remove calendar.js dependency

Location :

• search : advanced search when criteria
• editor : iso19139/19110/19115 calendar
• harvesting : OAI-PMH harvester from / until parameters.

Objective : Clean js code. Use Ext Date and Ext.ux DateTime? component we are using in some other places (WMS-T map windows for example).

Tested : IE8, FF3.6, Chrome

Remark : currently calendar.js is not working on some Chrome version (See  http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=43973)
