Wrong help definition for Date Stamp

Description
The definition of the Date Stamp says that it is the "Date that the metadata was created (YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss)" However it looks more like the date when the metadata was last updated. Is it right? Then I guess it would be good to update the help.
