Description

Added MEF2 support (see ​http://trac.osgeo.org/geonetwork/wiki/MEFImprovement). Added unit tests for IO operation (MEF, XML and copy/paste). Added export selection in MEF2 format from search results panel (ie. one ZIP file with all selected records). Added uuidAction parameter to the copy/paste mode, stylesheet and category parameters are now optional (default to none). Added XML error reporting for MEF service instead of HTML response (Thanks Simon). Added delete metadata using uuid parameter. Fixed parent identifier index fields. Fixed MEF format parameter label in GAST combobox.
