CSW Profile Support

Description
The current harvester can specify only that CSW 2.0 is being applied. This must be clarified and extended to support access into the two primary profiles of CSW: AP ISO, which uses ISO 19115/TS19139 and ebRIM Application Profile that uses a meta-meta-model to manage selected metadata and potentially point to full metadata. Use of an ISO metadata "extension package" is also a recommended practice on ebRIM, but implementation is not widespread.
Specific support for CSW 2.0.2 AP ISO 1.0 is recommended for selection in GeoNetwork harvest management, with the full ISO metadata getting loaded for search.

GeoNetwork 2.x does not support CSW ebRIM Profile, only CSW ISO Profile. To make this more clear I've more often used the phrase "CSW ISO Profile" in GN 2.x now.
Please note that GeoNetwork does support the CSW ebRIM Profile, which you can find in the (as yet unreleased) GN 3.x code line (https://geonetwork.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/geonetwork/sandbox/3.0.x/).
