not possibility to attach data to an imported Metadataset

Description
In 2.1Beta1 it is not possible to attach and upload files to a former imported Metadataset (f.e. ArcCatalog FGDC XML export). I think this is dued to the structure of the imported XML. An add for the upload fields during the import process would be great.
