 * Andrey Kiselev: create the initial version of the [wiki:TestMatrix160]
 * For Beta1, and Beta2 we should produce an updated OSGeo4W "gdal-dev" package (FrankW).  Possibly also other binary releases (FGS? Mac?)
 * Add more items...
