     28   * fix the y-axis for projected CRS, because currently the driver (GDAL) expects top-down for projected crs but netCDF is bottom-up approach.  This issue need to be addressed in the fixes for projected crs so that geotiff -> netcdf and vice versa don't result in inverted y-axis.

     30If you want to flip the y-axis, just apply the following around line 369 (in the part that deals with projected crs. However, the resulting file will be upside-down in gdal and related software.

    2932 * support packed data (with add_offset and scale_factor) properly - I don't see where they are used, must be tested
