Building NetCDF

NetCDF support requires the ​netCDF library. Once it is built and installed, use the "--with-netcdf=<path to install tree>" option to configure and build GDAL. Link conflicts have been observed with the netCDF libraries, and the HDF libraries ... coexistence may not be practical. NetCDF support has not been built or tested on Windows.
