    67NetCDF support requires the [http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/packages/netcdf/  netCDF library].  Once it is built and installed, use the "--with-netcdf=<path to install tree>" option to configure and build GDAL.  NetCDF support has not been built or tested on Windows.
