GDAL/OGR From TCL

TCL bindings for GDAL and OGR can be found as part of the SPI application downloadable from:

​http://eer.cmc.ec.gc.ca/index_e.php?page=s_software/spi/spi_e.html

In the documentation part of this website, there's some docs named TclOGR and TclGDAL, but it's in French. There's also a few GDAL/OGR TCL example scripts, which are helpful, but the TCL bindings in SPI allow the user to do much much more.

These bindings are maintained by Environment Canada staff, and not by the GDAL/OGR team.
