1.2.4 ./configure fails

Description

Below is a captured output from ./configure.  Note "sed: file
./confstat6ctXP1/subs-3.sed line 15: Unterminated `s'" toward the bottom...

This did not occur with 1.2.3

Michael, 

This occurs anytime you configure on a system with mysql versions before
4.0.  You can work around the problem by adding --without-mysql to your
configure command.  This has been fixed in CVS and I will issue a 1.2.5 fairly
soon.
