    3 There is a bit of C code translated from Trent Hare's Python code in The Paris OSGeo code sprint last year that could be inserted, it is generating 2 csv files (IAU2000.csv, IAU2009.csv) that store descriptions ready to be used by GDAL, in a similar way as EPSG codes.
