Description

These files should link to each other, 

$ mech-dump --links http://www.gdal.org/drv_vrt.html | tee /tmp/a
$ mech-dump --links http://www.gdal.org/gdal_vrttut.html | tee /tmp/b
$ grep -c gdal_vrttut.html /tmp/a
0
$ grep -c drv_vrt.html /tmp/b
0

else a reader might not ever be aware of the other.

There may be a third closely related file which I am unaware of.
