Description
As revealed by http://rawgit.com/rouault/gdalautotest-coverage-results/master/coverage_html/ogr/ogrsf_frmts/amigocloud/index.html , the driver has no tests. autotest/ogr/ogr_cartodb.py could be a starting point to create such tests. Similarly to it, it should be possible to create a fake /vsimem server for complete off-line testing
