Description
Be able to turn off VRT following for situations where it breaks things. For example where directories of files are constructed from symbolic links such as CAS (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Content-addressable_storage) file systems.
Implement CSLTestBoolean(CPLGetConfigOption("VRT_FOLLOW_SYMLINK", "YES")) or something like it
