Description
I am attempting to build GDAL 1.10.1 with the INCLUDE_OGR_FRMTS line commented out in the nmake.opt file. This results in a failure to link due to 44 unresolved externals. I searched the web for information about this and found that there was previously a problem on GDAL 1.9.0 similar to this (see ticket #4459). Apparently that was fixed in GDAL 1.9.1, but I am having this problem now in GDAL 1.10.1. Just as in that case, I can uncomment INCLUDE_OGR_FRMTS and then successfully build.
