The test for the gtx driver is very minimal. Add these
- both Float32 and Float64 files
- check nodata value
- GetProjection returns the correct projection info

correct. pretty much a note to me. I've had troubles with GTX files and have been discussing them with NOAA vdatum folks for a while.
