Description

A ORA-24801 error occurs when requesting a small scale image from a GeoRaster with pyramids and data type NBIT 1, 2 or 4. That error code means that a call to OCILobRead was requesting 0 bytes.

The 1.10.1 milestone is incorrect. This went to trunk rather than 1.10 branch
