Description
Today the ogr_style attribute for MapInfo TAB files do not contain any information about the font that symbols are using. The attached patch against gdal 1.9.2 fix this by adding a new symbol id on the form "font-FONT_NAME-CHAR_INDEX".

Has this patch been accepted into mitab nowadays?
No. By the way if you review mitab related tickets, you can tag them with "mitab" in "keywords". That will help processing them, once we have a clear plan on how to address mitab.
