[PATCH] ArcInfo (aigrid) writer

Description

I write code (from aigrid reader) to be able to write aigrid dataset.
Supported data type are: Byte, Int16, Int32 and Float32.
The code compile fine with VS 2010 in 32 and 64 bit.

Note: When a new grid is open with ArcMAp, by default ArcMap use the minimum and maximum value of the data type. User must stretch, classify or export it to be able to see it correcly.
