Description
This patch add a parameter to gdalwarp for defining colormap. In standard gdalwarp the colormap come from the first source image. With this patch the user can give a colormap that not in the source images. This is useful for mosaicking geotif data with homogenize colormap but where source images content empty values in their colormap.

Not sure this really belongs to gdalwarp as this is really specific behaviour. Similar effect can be done by playing with VRT files.
