define colormap for gdalwarp

This patch add a parameter to gdalwarp for defining colormap. In standard gdalwarp the colormap come from the first source image. With this patch the user can give a colormap that not in the source images. This is useful for mosaicking geotif data with homogenize colormap but where source images content empty values in their colormap.
