Description

According to Appendix G.3.2 (OGC 06-083) GridType 2dGridIn2DCrs should have four parameters - including the rotation/skew parameters of the geotransform. Currently GDAL just emits two values which is only suitable for GridType 2dSimpleGrid.

Note that the MapServer WCS 1.1 server support is also ignoring the gridtype when interpreting GridOffset.
