Description
Unix and WIN32 builds are broken because missing cpcidskpct.o/obj in the makefiles
Once added, gdalinfo autotest/gdrivers/data/utm.pix crashes when trying to read overview band metadata.

I have also added it for windows (r18279).
Sorry folks. I'm not really clear why this was necessary.

I believe this is now corrected in the pcidsk sdk (r18280).
