Daniel,
I'm not sure we are in a clean status about the licencing of the RIK driver. http://gdal.org/frmt_rik.html says that it is based on the work done in the TRikPanel project. I've downloaded this project and its licence is GPL. It's written in Pascal. Some bits look like they have been ported from this Pascal source to rikdataset.cpp, like GetNextLZWCode() which looks very much like GetChar from ./Gammal/FRMapPanel.pas. Could you confirm that the MIT/X licence for rikdataset.cpp is appropriate ?
