gdalwarp man page not generated in GDAL 1.6.0

Description

Due to a move of the content of the man page of gdalwarp inside the source code of gdalwarp.cpp and the GNUmakefile at the root not updated, the corresponding man page is no longer generated.

Fixed in trunk in r15962 and in r15963. Simpler but effective fix in r15964
