Description

I have added an option to make the BLX driver handle undefined pixels better. Since the BLX format can only really handle undefined values at a tile level there are now new options to tell the driver what to do with undefined pixels in non-empty tiles.

I also updated the GEOGCS string

I have also attached a patch file against the svn trunk
